Liability Waiver and Informed Consent Form

I declare that I participate at my own risk and, of my own free will, request the Vadim Borisov-style block-clearing body treatment with NeuroWave energies, as well as the block-clearing energetic body treatment by Eszter Faragó, within the framework of Back to Harmony (Starlight Healings Kft., 14 Levendula utca, 2040 Budaörs, Hungary; tax number: HU32954283).

I acknowledge that the energetic body treatment has an individual effect, its results are not guaranteed, it does not replace medical care, and I utilize the service at my own risk. I acknowledge that the service does not substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic examinations, diagnosis, or treatment. If I have health problems or complaints, I undertake to consult my doctor in advance regarding whether I can participate in the energetic body treatment.

I accept that I can only utilize the energetic treatment if I meet the following conditions: I have not undergone surgical treatment in the 30 days prior to the treatment; I do not have untreated high blood pressure; I have not had a heart attack; I have no heart problems; I do not have a pacemaker; I am not undergoing psychiatric treatment; I do not regularly take sedatives; I am not pregnant; I have not consumed alcohol or drugs on the day of the treatment and the 2 days prior to it; I do not have epilepsy. I am obliged to inform the practitioner of all important health problems before the treatment. I acknowledge that the treatment involves touching and applying slight pressure to the body in the areas of the lower abdomen, uterus, abdomen, chest, neck, and jaw.

I acknowledge and accept that during the treatment, physical shaking, crying, shouting due to anger, heavy coughing, and in rare cases, vomiting, yawning,  feelings of numbness, laughter, and feelings of joy may occur, which are signs of the blocks being cleared. If a fibroid (myoma) or cyst is released from the uterus and lower abdominal area, it may be accompanied by bleeding. Fluctuating emotional states (crying, sudden anger) may occur during the body treatment and for one or two days following it, which is a sign that blocks are still being released from the soul.

I acknowledge that for 1–2 days following the treatment, a harmless, self- resolving pain or feeling of pressure may occur in the chest and heart area, which is an inherent part of the treatment technique. I accept this risk and declare that I will not pursue any claim for compensation or other legal claims against the practitioner due to these temporary chest complaints of normal progression. Following the treatment, the chest and heart area may still hurt for 1–2 days, but after this period, the chest pain will resolve on its own and requires no further medical treatment.

If my safe participation cannot be ensured during the Release Workshop due to a change in my health condition, Eszter Faragó may refuse or interrupt the provision of the service in order to protect my health. Such reasons include the existence of contraindications specified in the Informed Consent Form or my body’s reactions to the energetic body block clearing. Eszter Faragó exercises this right in good faith, solely for the purpose of protecting my health, and will state the reason for refusal upon my request. I understand and accept that I may not apply what I see and hear during the workshop to myself or others. Applying the technique without proper training can be dangerous.

I explicitly consent to Eszter Faragó processing my health data provided in connection with the Release Workshop for the purpose of assessing my fitness to participate (GDPR Article 9(2)(a) – explicit consent). I acknowledge that the processing of this data is necessary for the safe provision of the service; therefore, in the absence of this consent, participation cannot be provided. The processing of health data takes place for 5 years from the last service utilized, or for a maximum of 20 years in the event of a claim related to health impairment.
