These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) regulate the conditions for using the services provided by Starlight Healings Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider) related to the landing page associated with the www.backtoharmony.hu website (hereinafter: Website).
Through the site, the User may register for the following service available within the framework of Starlight Healings Kft.: Release Workshop
These GTC form an integral part of the contract regarding the service available through the Website. The GTC become binding on the User if the User explicitly accepts them before finalizing the order by checking an un-ticked checkbox designated for this purpose, thereby acknowledging that they have become familiar with the GTC and take note of the information contained in the Privacy Policy. The explicit acceptance of the GTC is a condition for the order and the conclusion of the contract. The Service Provider also applies the provisions of these GTC to contracts concluded outside the Website through other means of distance communication (in particular, via phone, email, or social media messaging services). In such cases, Section 5.3 of these GTC shall guide the method of application and the making of mandatory declarations.
The language of these GTC is English and German. The concluded contract does not qualify as a written contract; it is not filed by the Service Provider, and therefore cannot be accessed or viewed subsequently. The contract is concluded upon the electronic submission of the order and its electronic confirmation by the Service Provider.
For matters not regulated in these GTC, the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk.), Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services (Eker. tv.), Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the Detailed Rules of Contracts Concluded Between Consumers and Businesses, and Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection shall apply.
Invoices are issued using the free invoicing system of www.nav.gov.hu (National Tax and Customs Administration). The Service Provider processes the invoicing data to the extent necessary for issuing and retaining invoices. The service is ordered by filling out the form on the website; the payment of the service fee (including the deposit) is made via bank transfer and/or in cash. Invoicing is carried out using invoices that comply with legal regulations, and the Service Provider supplies data regarding these invoices to the NAV Online Invoice system.
The services of the Website are accessible exclusively to natural persons of legal age (at least 18 years old) with full legal capacity. To place an order, the User must declare their majority through the registration form.
Before finalizing the order, the User declares—by checking the appropriate checkboxes—with respect to the relevant legislation and the contents and declarations mandatorily required by the Service Provider, depending on the nature of the given service, the following:
Checking the mandatory declarations is a condition for the order; without these, the order cannot be finalized.
The fee for the service is to be understood in Swiss Francs (CHF). The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices; the modification does not affect orders that have already been submitted.
The Service Provider enables registration for the Release Workshop through the Website. This service is typically tied to a specified point in time.
The User indicates their intention to participate by filling out and submitting the booking form found on the Website regarding the selected service. Submitting the form creates a payment obligation. The order for the service becomes finalized by filling out the registration form found on the Website, checking the associated mandatory checkboxes, receiving the electronic confirmation by the Service Provider, and paying the deposit or the full participation fee. The Service Provider confirms the registration electronically and provides information regarding the time and venue of the service. The payment of the fee for the release workshop (including the deposit) is made via bank transfer and/or in cash; invoicing is carried out using invoices that comply with legal regulations, and the Service Provider supplies data regarding these invoices to the NAV Online Invoice system. The User is obliged to provide true and accurate data during the ordering process. The Service Provider assumes no liability for delays or faulty performance resulting from incorrect or incomplete data. The amount of the deposit is credited toward the price of the release workshop.
A condition for participating in the “Release Workshop” service is that the User, while filling out the registration form, reads and accepts the health-related Informed Consent Form, thereby declaring that they meet the health conditions specified therein. Certain health conditions may exclude or limit the safe provision of the workshop. The Service Provider assumes no liability for consequences arising from an untrue health declaration. The processing of health data is regulated by the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy and Data Protection Rules.
The release workshop is a service tied to a specific point in time; therefore, based on Section 29 (1) point l) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), the User is not entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without justification with respect to these services.
If the User is unable to participate in the release workshop for any reason, their place may be freely transferred to a person named by them, or they have a one-time opportunity to modify the date of the workshop to a date coordinated with the Service Provider. In order to provide notification about the impediment, transfer the place, and coordinate the new date, the User must contact the Service Provider at the backtoharmony13@gmail.com email address at the latest 7 days before the workshop date.
If the User paid the full participation fee for the workshop in advance, in one lump sum, 50% of it shall qualify as a deposit. In the event that the participation fee is paid in one lump sum, the following rules apply to date modifications and non-attendance: If the User requests the date modification beyond the deadline specified in the previous paragraph (less than 7 days prior to the planned date) or fails to appear at the coordinated time, the Service Provider shall refund 50% of the paid full participation fee; the remaining 50%—in accordance with the rules governing deposits—is non-refundable. If the User requests a new date instead of a refund, the already paid 50% is forfeited as a legal consequence of the overdue modification or non-attendance—similarly to a deposit. The remaining 50% is credited toward the fee of the service to be held at the new date; a condition for participating in the new date is that the User completes the full participation fee by paying the remaining 50% of the fee.
If, during participation in the “Release Workshop” service, the safe participation of the User cannot be ensured due to a change in the User’s health condition, the Service Provider may refuse or interrupt the provision of the service in order to protect the participant’s health. Such reasons include the existence of contraindications specified in the Informed Consent Form or the reactions of the User’s body to the energetic body block clearing. The Service Provider exercises this right in good faith, solely for the purpose of protecting the participant’s health, and will state the reason for refusal upon the participant’s request.
If the refusal occurs due to the fault of the User, the Service Provider is not obliged to refund the participation fee. In all other cases, the Service Provider—in coordination with the User—shall provide a new date or refund the participation fee.
Failure to provide notification within 7 days prior to the planned date of the release workshop, or non-attendance, shall result in the forfeiture of the paid deposit (Section 6:185 (3) of the Civil Code [Ptk.]).
If an impediment arises on the part of the Service Provider regarding the holding of the workshop at the planned time, the Service Provider shall notify the User in writing at the latest 7 days before the planned date of the workshop in order to provide a new date. If the service is permanently canceled due to reasons attributable to the Service Provider, and no agreement is reached between the parties on a new date, the Service Provider shall refund double the amount of the deposit to the User based on Section 6:185 (3) of the Civil Code.
The User indicates their intention to participate through the booking/registration form found on the Website.
The applicant confirms that they have become familiar with and accept the GTC and the Privacy Policy by paying the deposit/full fee.
If the service is canceled due to reasons attributable to the Service Provider or is not performed in accordance with the contract, the Service Provider—in coordination with the User—shall provide a new date. If providing a new date is not possible, or if the User does not accept it, the Service Provider shall refund the full amount paid by the User. The Service Provider shall refund double the amount of the deposit based on Section 6:185 (3) of the Civil Code (Ptk.); any fee amount paid in addition to the deposit shall be refunded by the Service Provider in its entirety. This provision does not affect the warranty rights to which the User is entitled under the Ptk.
This section applies to faulty performance by the Service Provider. Dissatisfaction regarding the subjective effect or result of the service (Section 9.2) does not qualify as faulty performance, nor do impediments arising within the User’s sphere of interest, to which the provisions of Section 5.2 shall apply.
The energetic body treatment provided within the framework of the release workshop by the Service Provider does not qualify as a healthcare or mental health service, has an individual effect, its results cannot be guaranteed, and it does not substitute for medical or psychological examination, diagnosis, or treatment; the service may be utilized at one’s own risk. Powerful emotional reactions may occur in the User, past experiences and memories may be recalled, and the process may involve individual psychological effects that cannot be guaranteed in advance. If the User experiences an emotional or physical condition during the process that is difficult to manage, it is recommended that they immediately seek the help of a professional (doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist) and, if necessary, utilize emergency care; the User undertakes to consult a doctor in the event of health complaints. The Service Provider provides the service with the care expected of them, but assumes no liability for its effectiveness or for the results attributed to them by the User. The limitation of liability contained in this section does not affect and does not exclude the Service Provider’s liability for breach of contract causing injury to human life, physical integrity, or health (Section 6:152 of the Civil Code [Ptk.]).
All content available on the Website—including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logos, and other digital content—constitutes the intellectual property of the Service Provider and is protected by copyright law.
The Service Provider processes the personal data of Users in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). The detailed rules of data processing are contained in the Privacy Policy published on the Website, and the rules regarding cookies used on the Website are contained in the Cookie Policy, both of which are available on the Website.
During the ordering process, the User acknowledges the Privacy Policy by checking the designated checkbox.
For cookies used on the Website—with the exception of strictly necessary (technical) cookies—the User provides consent through the cookie notification bar (cookie banner). The detailed list of cookies and the rules for their management are contained in the Cookie Policy.
The User may submit complaints related to the service in writing, via email, to the following email address: backtoharmony13@gmail.com. The Service Provider shall, where possible, immediately remedy oral complaints made in person or over the phone. If immediate remediation of the oral complaint is not possible, or if the User does not agree with the handling of the complaint, the Service Provider shall take minutes of the complaint, assign a unique identifier to it, and inform the User of its content. The Service Provider shall respond to written complaints, as well as oral complaints that were not immediately remedied, in writing, on the merits, and with justification within 30 days of receipt. In the event of rejecting the complaint, the Service Provider shall inform the User about the available legal remedies (conciliation body, consumer protection authority). The Service Provider shall retain the minutes taken of the complaint and a copy of the response for the period prescribed by law.
For the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, the User may turn to a conciliation body. The conciliation body competent according to the registered office of the Service Provider is the Pest Vármegyei Békéltető Testület (Pest County Conciliation Body).
For the settlement of consumer disputes, the User may also utilize the online dispute resolution platform operated by the European Commission, available at: europa.eu.
The User may turn to the competent capital or county government office according to their place of residence with consumer protection complaints. In data protection matters, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH; 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; www.naih.hu) shall proceed. The User may also enforce their claims through judicial proceedings.
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. The amended GTC shall enter into force upon their publication on the Website. For orders already submitted, the provisions of the GTC effective at the time the order was placed shall guide.
These GTC enter into force on June 19, 2026, and shall remain effective until revoked or until amended.
